Medical Cannabis Caregiver Laws

Caregivers must register with the Montana DPHHS and obtain a valid Montana Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP) card. Caregivers can grow, produce, and provide medical cannabis to registered patients. They can serve a maximum of three patients and must follow all state laws and regulations.
