I can’t meet right now. Can I schedule an appointment for a later date?

Of course! Our doctors are available six days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can use our chat widget to book an appointment within that window.

What happens if I’m not approved?

If your situation does not meet the requirements for your state, your doctor will give you a full refund—guaranteed—so there’s no risk.

Where can I buy medical cannabis?

Once you have your medical marijuana card, you can legally purchase medical cannabis from a licensed pharmacy in your state. Our qualified doctors are familiar with the dispensaries near you, so we’ll happily match you with the location that best suits your needs.

Can my doctor sign an external document for me? Can outside entities request my medical records from TeleLeaf?

TeleLeaf provides access to licensed doctors for the sole purpose of obtaining a legal Medical Marijuana recommendation in qualifying states. Our doctors and staff will not review or sign any outside documents on behalf of the patient for employment purposes or any other reason. This includes but is not limited to employment agreements, ADA documentation, and others.

Although it is not required, we’re happy to provide patients with a copy of their recommendation once it has been processed. Records must be requested by the patient via email at support@teleleaf.com. Our support team will contact you to verify your identity and email address before releasing any information.

TeleLeaf will not release patient data to anyone other than the patient and/or registered caretaker. Additionally, TeleLeaf will not provide patient information to any outside parties other than the patients and/or caretakers themselves.
